"Born and raised in Southwest Virginia (in a small town called "Horsepasture" no less), I spent five wonderful years of my younger life as a student of Animal and Poultry Sciences at Virginia Tech. My goal and focus was to create a career as a breeding manager in the equine industry. After graduation, I went on to do exactly that and spent time as a breeding manager in the beautiful Florida sunshine, and then along the banks of the Chester River on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. My career and aspirations bloomed and allowed me contact with some incredible people and amazing horses. I am amazed at the connections I have built and continue to form through a network of wonderful professionals alongthe East Coast and over the World Wide Web.
In 2010, I moved to Bristol, Tennessee with my ownlovely broodmares in tow and began managing a private boarding and training facility in the area while attempting to find the ideal permanent home for myself. It was at this time, as I searched for a property and home suitable to my needs and to the needs of my four-legged friends, that I found myself becoming more and more interested in real estate. What greater joy could there be than helping to find a new home for someone else? What about seeing the potential in a piece of property that has been overlooked, or in an older home that can be rejuvenated and revived into something beautiful? Well I found my permanent place here — -my "soft place to land, " and a nice piece of property for happy broodmares to graze, and beautiful foals to grow.
In March of this year I became a new agent for Prestige Homes of the Tri-Cities Inc. in Bristol, Tennessee.I am SO excited tobe making connections and helping others find their "soft place to land" in the Tri-Cities area and beyond. Should you be interested in selling a property, orif you are searching for a new home, property to build, or landto suit your purposes — -do not hesitate to contact me!"
