Originally from a small town in Michigan, I moved south to Tennessee back in 2011. I spent four years in Knoxville teaching special education at Karns Middle School and during that time, met my wonderful husband, Tyler. Shortly after we got engaged, I moved to Bristol, my husband’s hometown, where I taught middle school at St. Anne’s Catholic School.
My love and interest in real estate was sparked after my husband and I acquired some residential and commercial property in downtown Bristol. Even as a child, I always loved looking at house magazines for “fun”! As a former special education teacher, my passion and natural instinct is to help people. In real estate, my goal is to do just that.
As I mentioned earlier, I was born and raised in a small quaint town in northeast Michigan. The town I grew up in had a population of about 6, 000 people and I absolutely loved it! I come from a big family and a huge extended family! My hometown community and my family are a big part of who I am today. Although I sometimes miss Michigan, moving to Bristol has been a blessing because I get that same sense of community and family. This is also the reason I chose real estate, because real estate is all about community and family!
